1. Where can I buy new Duck Magic Scrubs?
Duck Magic Scrubs is currently available in:

2. How do I use Duck Magic Scrubs?
Simply attach a pad to the handle, wet and begin cleaning.
When finished, throw out the disposable pad and store the handle in the plastic storage tub provided.

3. What do I do if I get it on my skin/in my eyes?
If you get it in your eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

The cleaner used in Duck Magic Scrubs is an eye irritant and therefore you should avoid contact with the eyes. It is recommended to wash hands after using it. In some cases the product can also cause drying of skin, therefore gloves are recommended when using the pad without the handle.

4. What do I do if I spill it?
As there is a concentrated formula in the pad, Duck Magic Scrubs have one important added benefit, you can't spill it!

5. Where should I use it/where should I not use it?
Duck Magic Scrubs can be used on most bathroom surfaces.
However, acidic cleaners are not typically recommended for use on marble, stone, wood or brass surfaces. If you are uncertain, test in a small inconspicuous area before using.

6. Can I use it outside the bathroom?
Magic Scrubs is designed to use in the bathroom as it leaves a shine after use however it could be used to clean other surfaces around the house. Please remember that rinsing is necessary for sparkling clean results.

7. What is included with each starter kit/refill package?
Starter kit includes a durable handle, 4 disposable cleaning pads and a storage tub for the pads and handle.
Refill packaging includes 6 disposable cleaning pads.

8. Do I have to rinse the surfaces? Does it leave a residue?
Similar to most bath and shower cleaners you do have to rinse after cleaning to remove the cleaner. After rinsing, the formula will dry to a shine without leaving a residue.

9. What is different about this product from traditional sprays?
With sprays, multiple steps are involved. First you spray the surface with the cleaner, then put the bottle down and use a rag, sponge or brush to clean and scrub. When finished you have a rag, sponge or brush to deal with. Magic Scrubs has the cleaner and the sponge/brush built into one.

10. Can I use the pad without the handle?
Yes, you can. The pad has been designed to work without the handle to allow you better access in tight spaces like corners and around shower fixtures.

11. Will Duck Magic Scrubs harm or discolour my surfaces or scratch my bath/shower?
The pad was designed to be used on most bathroom surfaces without causing damage. Duck Magic Scrubs are not intended for use on natural marble, brass or wood. If uncertain, test in a small inconspicuous area before using.

12. How long will the pads last?
The pad has enough concentrated cleaner that delivers an average of 3 cleanings of an average sized shower and bath.

13. Where can I use Magic Scrubs?
You can use Duck Magic Scrubs on the shower, bath, sink, tiles, toilet/bidet, counters, mirrors and floor.
